- Jonathan is one of the few actors to have appeared in all three of Joss Whedon’s shows. He appeared first as Holden Webster on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, then Tracey on Firefly and finally he had a recurring role as Knox on Angel.
- Of the three Joss Whedon roles, Firefly was his favourite because “they were the only people to ever give me a gun”.
- Jonathan can also be found, on occasion, going by various other names, including Reverend Jonny Wallet and Garamond Cox.
- He is partial to Jaffa Cakes.
